Even since we upgraded all of our users to Notes6.ntf, several people have complained that they can log into iNotes but when it goes to retrieve the e-mail to put into the window it returns an error "Error retrieving data, please hit refresh to try again or contact administrator" ...or something to that effect.
We have upgraded peoples browsers to the latest IE 6 SP1 with Security set to medium and cookies set to accept. Still some people get this error.
Any ideas what else we can do?
I would think it is a back end data pull error, using Java and XML as that is the code used in iNotes6. Problem is when we log in @ the office we have no problem. The problem exists only when people try to acess iNotes from outside ISP's or dialing into our system.
